When I started reading this book I was riveted to it.
I couldn't put it down. I read about two-thirds of it one
evening, and finished it the next afternoon. The author
uses a style of writing that makes the book very easy to relate
to and understand.
The book brings out many things about the Atonement that I
had had never heard or thought about before. Several
stories from the scriptures are used to explain the necessity
of forgiving others when they offend us. It also explains
the necessity of forgiving ourselves for our mistakes, and how
we must overcome our natural pride in order to forgive.
This book is one of the very best I have ever read about the
tonement. I would recommend it to anyone. The
Atonement is one thing we can never know too much about.
